Enjoy a stylish display of room availability. If the room isn’t in use, the panel will appear green. If occupied, red. On the room panel, review availability and book the time you need.
Nimway supports the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), enabling native integration with Microsoft-certified workplace devices. Room and desk data is shared automatically across connected devices, reducing configuration overhead and keeping utilization insights consistently up to date.
Occupancy at a glance
Our intuitive room panels make it easy to see and book meeting rooms right where you need them. A quick glance reveals availability — green for free, yellow for booked but empty, and red for occupied — both on the display and through LED lights surrounding the panel. You can book or cancel meetings directly on the screen, and easily report any room-related issues to keep everything running smoothly. With a clean design and smart functionality, our panels bring convenience and clarity to your workplace.
